Any ideas on why invoices appear in manager, but not in Verify? All the statuses are checked under inbox folder settings.

Hello Craig,

You can take a look indeed at all the criteria on the inbox configuration to filter Verify folders. (Settings > Inbox configuration > Edit folders)
And also check if there are any roles defined for the corresponding folders.
If yes, you need to add your user to the role (Settings > Inbox configuration > Edit roles and users)

All the settings seem fine. We only have an Admin role

Any other ideas? It seems to be random which invoices are not showing in Verify.

Hello,

I agree with Emile. I've never seen an invoice not showing up in VERIFY... except when my criteria are incorrect.
I suggest that you have a seond look at the characteristics of the invoices not showing and the criterias of your inbox.

You can also have a look at the logs. It never hurts...
